I remember when the days were long and I was cover

I remember when the days were long and I was covered in boogers and spit up. The days blended together because they were all pretty much the same.
.
Now I'm covered in backpacks full of baseball bats, gloves and gear. Our schedule is different everyday and I'm wondering if there is something I'm forgetting to do, bring or show up too!
.
Each season carries its own set of difficulties. And in each season I have to lean on God in a different way.
.
This is by design.
.
I believe it is to see and experience God in new and different ways. If anything it is to grow our relationship with Him. These season are opportunities. Opportunities to get to know Him deeper and better.
.
It's amazing to me that He wants that kind of a relationship with me ♡ Friends, He wants it with you too! The invitation is there, are we accepting it?
.
Seasons come and go. God remains the same ♡

I am learning you have to make room for growth. .

I am learning you have to make room for growth.

Even the good kind of growth.

To make room, sometimes you have to let go of things. Things like comfort and control, and furniture you really really like (I explain more in IG stories)...
.
But this is good. Challenge is good. And so is learning to let go of the things that don't serve you anymore.
.
Easy? No. Good? Yes. You'd think easy and good would go together. They dont always aline.
.
I am experiencing growing pains at the moment, if you couldn't tell, but I know these pains and the inconvenience they causes are all part of Gods amazing plan for my life, and that of my family's.
.
So I let go, and hold on, and brace myself for what amazing things are to come!

Try as I might to manipulate the out come, I cant. And we all know worrying changes nothing but our moods.

Making the decision to let it be, to let the pieces fall where they may, is freeing and peaceful.

Cuz here's the truth. If it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant for you. Which means God has something better in store.
